Azuritereaction a.k.a. Dezmond Castner while playing Exmortis 2 on His stream.
He was just getting to the crawlspace of the house (where a ghost jumps out at you) and He jumped out of His chair also breaking His monitor... I had warned Him on the chat earlier about the crawlspace ghost (since he didn't play the game beforehand... I think)
